Adam Beisk. What a surprise is he. A delight. Bright. A thinker. A laugh that would melt the ice caps at both poles (don't go near them Adam, we will all drown!). I played Mr. Biesk's father in "Meet The Applegates". We met during breakfast at The Pioneer Inn which overlooks majestic Lake Winnebago in lovely Oshkosh, Wisconsin and have been friends ever since. We have had our fights, but fast friends we remain. Adam is from Colorado and after stops in Chicago and Manhattan, moved to Los Angeles in 1989. His is a familiar face from his television and film work. This seems only a sideline for Adam. What really rocks his boat is contemporary art and exotic women.>Yes, art and sex. Great recreations for anyone but Adam combines the two with great imagination and dedication. His sense of humor sneaks up on you and then knocks you out. He keeps me informed on what is current so that I may hang by my bloodied fingertips to the "Hip Meter". From his hilltop balcony all of old Hollywood lays before you and while you are in his home one can't help but think, "this man has much too much good taste to be a heterosexual". He has broken hearts on both sides of the gender divide but is strictly a ladies man. All this incredible knowledge of art and good furniture and the man isn't even bisexual! The wonders of Hollywood!
On the afternoon of March 22,1990, Adam was listening to The B52's "Roam". He was a kid when I met him but he has turned out to be a fine man. An original.
